Returns & Exchange Policy

Your orders are folded and wrapped into an attractive and reusable branded box, accompanied by a thank you card, we then put into a branded carrier paper bag just to be extra safe till your order gets to you.

For custom orders, we have a bigger branded box to accommodate your preferred fabric, style and quantities.

We are happy to replace your defected order however, to be eligible for a return-

  • complaints has to be made within 24 hours and shipping back to us has to be made within 48 hours..
  • your item has to be in the same condition you received it and must be unused.

Please note that only regular items may be returned and exchanged for an exact same item. Sale items and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers shall be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.
